5) Data processing when opening a customer account and for contract processing


According to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, personal data is collected when provided for contract execution or opening a customer account. Which data is collected depends on the form used.


You may delete your customer account at any time by contacting the controller. Data required for contract processing is stored, then blocked after completion in accordance with tax and commercial retention requirements and finally deleted unless you consent to further use.

 


 

6) Use of your data for direct advertising – Subscribe to our e-mail newsletter


If you subscribe to our newsletter, we send you regular information about our offers. Only your e-mail address is required; other details are voluntary.


We use a double opt-in procedure. By confirming your registration, you give consent under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.


We store your IP address and the time of registration to trace any misuse. You may unsubscribe at any time. After unsubscribing, your e-mail address is deleted unless you consent to further use or we are permitted by law to retain it.

 


 

7) Data processing for order processing


7.1 We work with service providers assisting in fulfilling contracts. Personal data is transmitted as necessary, e.g. to the transport company and the payment institution. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.


7.2 Use of payment service providers


PayPal

For payments via PayPal or related methods, payment data is transferred to PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg. Stripe

8) Web analytics services – Google (Universal) Analytics


This website uses Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA). Cookies are used to analyse website usage. Information collected (including IP address) is transmitted to Google servers in the USA.

10) Duration of the storage of personal data


Storage duration is based on statutory retention periods (e.g. tax, commercial). After expiry, data is deleted unless needed for contract performance, contract initiation, or further legitimate interests.
